Dear Friend

Depression can be a monster it will take your life Right out
 
of you. I am writing this little note to keep you
aware of this fact of depression.

Depression most of the time is very slow to develop It starts out very simple and grows.You may be down a little because you have injured your back or you are battling losing weight.. Then you find yourself feeling sad not wanting to do some of the activities that you loved to do.Then your children may ask you if you would like to
play catch with them and you just don't feel like it.You then go to the door and don't go outside. I found with my injury that I didn't notice this until I spoke with my doctor and he asked these questions.

Talk to your spouse or your doctor. By talking with someone you may find that you can release some of the emotion that is stored inside. This may sound foolish but I believe it can contribute to the problem make sure you give yourself permission to rest.

A few Tips to help
You can open the blinds and windows.
Play music you like.
Turn off the television.
Walk around the house.
Read
Make sure you get some sun it helps with
Depression.
